Deutsche Finance recently occupied the 4th floor of 25 Berkeley Square, and after completion of a new fit-out, some landlord post commissioning works were due to take place.
In order to facilitate these works during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, as well as provide peace of mind for Deutsche Finance, Lazari Investments appointed Forcerto to fully coordinate with their client, ensuring that floors were hygienically cleaned once the premises were clear of tradesmen.
With the added experience of working with the NHS and HSE as well as knowledge of government guideline procedures for hygienic cleaning, Forcerto swiftly engaged in the process at 25 Berkeley Square.
We appointed antibacterial specialists 3Way to complete a ‘before and after’ exercise prior to the commissioning works commencing. This involved taking sample swabs from all areas, thereby making sure that we had a current threshold to monitor from.
A key way to protect against the risk of exposure to COVID-19 is to implement, monitor and vary the appropriate cleaning and disinfection measures, not just for each workplace but for each different area and environments within the space.
