Raine Group recently occupied the 5th floor of 25 Berkeley Square, and after completion of a new fit-out, some landlord post commissioning works were due to take place. 

In order to facilitate these works during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, and to ensure peace of mind for the Raine Group, Lazari Investments appointed Forcerto to ensure these works were fully coordinated with their client, but mainly to ensure that the floors were left hygienically clean after the premises were occupied by commissioning engineers and tradesmen carrying out their routine works.
