This report came about because Forcerto Clean Air were requested to carry out hygienic deep cleaning on two tenants based at 25 Berkeley Square, namely Raine Group and Deutsche Finance, once post fit-out commissioning works were completed. (See reports attached.)
Whilst carrying out these procedures, it was very important to also undertake sample testing of the common areas, so as to establish how clean these actually were.
The report was carried out with the need to give Lazari Investments absolute peace of mind during the COVID pandemic, reassuring their clients occupying 25 Berkeley Square that the building was safe and environmentally friendly.
